Failed to resolve the source for SMS PKGID=xxxxxxxx, hr=0x80070002

When using the Microsoft Toolkit package in a Task Sequence it might fail with the following error;

Failed to resolve the source for SMS PKGID=xxxxxxxx, hr=0x80070002

This is known by Microsoft and they are working on a solution!

In the meantime, there’s an easy fix to solve this.
In the beginning of your TS, add the following two variables and set the corresponding value:

• SMSTSDownloadRetryCount = 5
• SMSTSDownloadRetryDelay = 15

I will update this post when the fix is released if it comes as a CU or Hotfix!
