This post will show you how to create a new account in Windows 7.
Step 1:
Start with opening the “Computer management console” by right clicking on computer and choose “manage”.
Step 2:
In the left pane, click on “Local Users and Groups” and then on “users”
Step 3:
Right click on an empty space in the right pane, and click on “New User…”
Step 4:
Enter the user details and a password, then tick the boxes you wan’t to enable and click on “Create” to complete the process.
Step 5:
A new windows will appear to create another user, click on “Close” when you have created the account you want to.
How to give a user administrative rights
Step 1:
In the “Computer management console” -> “System Tools” -> “Local Users and Groups”
-> “Users”, right click on the user you wan’t to give administrative rights and choose “Properties”
Step 2:
Under the tab “member Of”, click on “Add” and type “Administrators”.
Step 3:
Click on “Check Names” to verrify that you’ve entered the object name correctly.
Then click on “OK” to close the window.
Step 4:
Mark the group “Users” and click on “Remove” to remove the user from the original group.
