The first one will show you how to do it with the help of Active Directory, AD, and the other one will show you how to do it with the help of a GPO.
Doing it through the AD is easier, but it’s not suitable if you have many clients/users since some steps need to be done for every single user.
If you have many users in your environment, it’s is much easier to manage it with the help of a GPO. Doing this, you just need to add the user you want to use the script and it’s done.
